THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-405 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 156 by:
a) Striking from the City Plan Fourth Street from Allegheny Avenue to Lippincott Street.
b) Striking from the City Plan Lippincott Street from Fourth Street to its terminus approximately two-hundred ten feet westwardly therefrom.
c) Reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Lippincott Street being stricken.
d) Placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes extending from the intersection of Fourth Street and Lippincott Street (both proposed to be stricken) eastwardly to the intersection of American Street and Lippincott Street.
