TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA:

I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE

Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements,” by amending Section 19-201, entitled “City Depositories,” to remove Bank of New York Mellon as an authorized financial institution in which the City Treasurer may deposit funds, all under certain terms and conditions.

I hereby recommend your favorable consideration of this proposed Ordinance.
