Coulter has served as the President and CEO of the Urban League of Philadelphia and was the first woman to lead a National Urban League affiliate in its history and, in this role, she focuses on leading the organization's strategic initiatives that defend civil rights and economically empower urban communities by serving more than 25,000 adults and youth each year through direct service and advocacy programs that enhance and improve communities; and WHEREAS, As President and CEO, Ms. Coulter manages a $40 million dollar budget and 65 employees and is a civic leader in the Philadelphia community by serving on various non-profit boards and associations including the Philadelphia Education Fund, Free Library of Philadelphia, Eagles Youth Partnership, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia Foundation, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trustees of Bright Hope Baptist Church.
