Dear Mayor Nutter: Pursuant to Section 4-604 of the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, the City Planning Commission has reviewed Bill No. 140341 introduced by Councilmember Henon on April 24, 2014. Bill No. 140341 will amend the Philadelphia Zoning map by amending the zoning classifications of certain parcels of land within an area bounded by Tacony Street, Comly Street, the Delaware River, and Bridge Street.
