Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on portions of City Plan No. 27-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Dilworth street from Wolf street to Ritner street; by striking from the City Plan Ritner street from Dilworth street to Weccacoe avenue; by vacating Martin street from Weccacoe avenue to a point approximately two hundred eighty-one (281) feet southwestwardly therefrom, and by vacating Greenville street from Weccacoe avenue to Dilworth street, all under certain terms and conditions.
