Amending Chapter 17-100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Procurement Contracts," by adding a provision requiring that every contract which permits any person to place advertising on City owned or controlled property shall include a provision prohibiting the placement on such property of advertisements for alcohol, under certain terms and conditions.
