To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 31st Street, Master Street, 32nd Street, and Jefferson Street. Further to approve the Master Plan for the Brewerytown Residential Mixed-Use District by adding the site bounded by 31st Street, Master Street, 32nd Street and Jefferson Street; to the Brewerytown Residential Mixed-Use District and approving various construction projects.
