Transmitting a bill amending Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Business Income and Receipts Taxes," by amending Section 19-2602 thereof, entitled 'Licenses,' to add a new subsection requiring licensees operating a business premises to cooperate in the reporting and investigation of violent crimes on or near the premises, under certain terms and conditons, accompanied by an explanatory letter fom the Police Commissioner.
