Transmitting a bill amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code by amending Section 20-304 entitled "Compensation for Members of Boards, Commissions, Committees and Councils" to increase the compensation for members of the Board of Building Standards, Boards of Licenses and Inspections Review, Zoning Board of Adjustment and Plumbing Advisory Board, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections.
