Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by adding provisions governing the disposition of vehicles impounded under the "Live Stop" program authorized by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C.S. ยง6309.2, and, in particular, authorizing the auction of such vehicles that remain unredeemed after provision of notice to owners, lienholders, and secured parties; all under certain terms and conditions.
