Amending Chapter 14-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Commercial Entertainment District," by adding requirements for, among other things, transportation and parking management plans, adding provisions for temporary structures, providing for additional permitted uses, providing for long-term maintenance plans, creating additional signage controls and by making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
