Transmitting a bill authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 285 of a right of way for drainage purposes in the area lying southeast of Roberts Avenue and southwest of Fox Street and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right of way, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
