Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 351, 352, 353 & 354 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 351 as 1900-1902 Monument street, for Parcel No. 352 as 1901-1913 Monument street, for Parcel No. 353 as 1917 Monument street and for Parcel No. 354 as 1916-1924 Monument street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.
