Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 146 and 271 by closing Manderson Street, from Delaware Avenue to Frankford Avenue, to vehicular traffic, placing on the City Plan a certain triangularly-shaped area bounded by Delaware Avenue, Frankford Avenue, and Manderson Street, relocating a portion of the westerly curbline of Frankford Avenue, north of Laurel Street, a variable distance westwardly, and relocating the southwesterly curbline of Laurel Street, from Delaware Avenue to Canal Street, a variable distance northeastwardly and authorizing the opening of the heretofore unopened portion of the intersection of Delaware Avenue, Laurel Street, and Frankford Avenue, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
