the Council of the City of Philadelphia
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted June 10, 2010, Bill No. 100163-A, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the City of Philadelphia to organize an authority to be know as The Philadelphia Energy Authority, pursuant to the terms of the 'Municipalities Authorities Act,' of 2001, June 19, P.L. 287, No. 22, as amended, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
