Transmitting a resolution approviing the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, identified by house numbers and streed addresses as 1309-1313 North Sixth street and 1319 North Sixth street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Shimon Levy and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
