Authorizing the placing on City Plan No. 44-S of three (3) certain contiguous rights-of-way, for drainage purposes, water purposes and public utility purposes, collectively extending from the intersection of Pattison avenue and Eleventh street in a northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly direction, and intersecting with Tenth street between Pattison avenue and Packer avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
