Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Bicycle Lanes," by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate bicycle lanes, in both directions, on Lansdowne Drive and South Concourse Drive from Sweet Briar Drive to 41st Street Drive in Fairmount Park and authorizing the removal of parking, pursuant to Section 12-203, on both Lansdowne Drive and South Concourse Drive, in the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
