The Council Of The City Of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 150439, entitled "An Ordinance amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts,' by creating the Woodland Avenue Business District for Sidewalk Vending; and establishing special provisions for licensing vendors in certain Business Districts; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
