Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan Duncan Street from Aramingo Avenue to The Delaware Expressway and reserving and by placing on the City Plan, and authorizing City acceptance of, a right-of-way for drainage purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Duncan Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.
