Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 180290, entitled "Authorizing the paving of the relocated southeasterly local service roadway of Penrose Avenue from Twenty-sixth Street to a point approximately one thousand three hundred twenty-three feet southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
