To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, Abbottsford Avenue, Wissahickon Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Allegheny Avenue, Ridge Avenue and Scotts Lane.
