Appointing a nine (9) person committee entitled the "Living Wage Advisory Committee" pursuant to ยง17-1311 of the Philadelphia Code, the purpose of which shall be to review the implementation and effectiveness of Chapter 17-1300 of the Philadelphia Code entitled, "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage Standard."
