Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property and the President of the Fairmount Park Commission to grant various temporary construction easement and a permanent easement to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation ('PENNDOT") for the reconstruction and repair of portions of Interstate 95 bounded by Linden Street on the north, under and subject to certain terms and conditions.
