Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of Upland Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 1B also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 4731-4733 Reinhard street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Viorel D. Farcas & Mihaela Farcas and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
