Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plans Nos. 356 and 378 by striking from the City Plan the Industrial Highway from the Philadelphia-Delaware County Line to Island Avenue, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way within the bed of the Industrial Highway for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes, if needed, under certain terms and conditions., accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
