Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an agreement with the United States of America for the grant a right-of-way for railroad purposes by the City through property, located on the north side of the Army Corps of Engineers Fort Mifflin Center from Fort Mifflin Road to the 60th Street Branch of the former Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad (CSX Transportation, Inc.), under certain terms and conditions.
