Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 278 by closing to vehicular traffic a portion of Unruh Avenue extending from a point approximately one-thousand seventy-seven feet southeast of Wissinoming Street southeastwardly to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River, under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
