Transmitting a resolution approving the disposition and sale by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia of a portion of the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area, identified by house number and street address as 6103 Ellsworth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute a deed conveying the property to Vivian B. Jenkins and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this Resolution; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
