Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1500 entitled "Area Surrounding Airports" by adding a new Section 14-1503 entitled "Procedures for the Development or Use of City-Owned Airport Property" requiring City Council approval under certain circumstances for the construction of new City-owned or operated facilities or for the use of City-owned property, under certain terms and conditions.
