To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Fillmore Street, Hartel Avenue, Rockwell Avenue, Borbeck Avenue, Verree Road, Rhawn Street, Tabor Avenue, Stanwood Street, Rising Sun Avenue, Solly Avenue, Verree Road, Emerson Street, Rising Sun Avenue, Solly Avenue, Tabor Avenue, Pennypack Park, Bergen Street,Verree Road, Strahle Street, Pine Road, Susquehanna Road, Verree Road, Grant Avenue, Pine Road, Shady Lane, the County Line and Oxford Avenue.
