I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted October 18, 2012, Bill No. 120563, entitled "An Ordinance establishing a parking regulation on Brill street, both sides, Frankford avenue to Darrah street" for the purposes of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
