Authorizing the Committee on Commerce and Economic Development to hold hearings to review the findings and recommendations of The Philadelphia 21st Century Economic Development Summit, to take public testimony related to the Street Administration's proposed Economic Development Blueprint and Investment Fund, and further authorizing the Committee to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents and other evidence.
