Amending Chapter 16-200 of The Philadelphia Code ("Sales, Leases, and Other Grants of City-Owned Buildings and Facilities") to require that notice of the pending transfer of City-owned lands and lands owned by certain quasi-public agencies be posted on such lands prior to their transfer, all under certain terms and conditions.
