The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted September 14, 2006, Bill No. 060467, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the owner of 7252 Marsden Street at the southwest corner of Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135, to construct, own and maintain an addition on the south public sidewalk of Cottman Avenue adjacent to the property, under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
