The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
Pursuant to Sections 4-604 and 2-307 of the Home Rule Charter, I am today transmitting to the Council the recommendation of the City Planning Commission regarding Bill No. 110535.
I am also transmitting herewith, pursuant to Section 14-1100 of the Philadelphia Code, a letter reflecting the Commission's approval of proposed amendments to the Drexel University IDD Master Plan.
Lastly, I am also transmitting herewith, pursuant to section 14-216 of the Philadelphia Code, a letter reflecting the Commission's approval of proposed amendments to the Waterfront Redevelopment District Master Plan for 7107 Milnor Street.
