Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 3924 Cambridge Street, 3909 Pennsgrove Street, 1110, 1112, 1113, 1118, 1128 State Street, 3900, 3902, 3911, 3912, 3919, 3926 Wyalusing Avenue in the 3rd Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.
