Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 040851, entitled "An Ordinance permitting three traffic lanes on Walnut Street, between 40th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway, and requiring that the lane markers on Walnut Street be changed to reflect this change," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
