Transmitting a bill amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions and definitions, and making technical changes, all relating to stream buffers, waterfront setbacks, and certain overlay districts; and further approving a Water Department Hydrology Map designating watercourses subject to waterfront setback requirements; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development.
