Amending Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Business Privilege Taxes," by amending Section 19-2602 thereof, entitled "Licenses," to add a new subsection requiring licensees operating a food service establishment to cooperate in the reporting and investigation of violent crimes in or near the establishment, under certain terms and conditions.
