I am returning herewith, as requested by your Resolution adopted today, Bill No. 140607-A, entitled "An Ordinance amending Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code (Finance, Taxes, and Collections), Chapter 1600 (Water and Sewer Rents), by providing for installment payment agreements, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
