Authorizing and directing the placing on City Plan No. 396 of Gina street from Verree road at a point approximately four hundred forty-six (446) feet northeast of Welsh road and extending in a northwestwardly direction the approximate distance of three hundred fifty-nine (359) feet to a dead-end turnaround, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Gina street.
