Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 371 by striking from the City Plan and abandoning a portion of a certain sixty-four feet wide right of way for maintenance of existing sewers and water mains and for drainage purposes in the area bounded by Rowland Avenue, Ryan Avenue, and Sandyford Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
