The Council of the City of Philadelphia:
I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted January 25, 2005, Bill No. 040918, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010719) approved April 17, 2002, entitled 'An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 194 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Bodine Street from Diamond Street to Susquehanna Avenue, under certain terms and conditions,' by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
