Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 358 by striking from the City Plan Whitten street from Haldeman avenue to Jamison street and by placing on the City Plan Reilly road and Conwell avenue, all under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Reilly road and Conwell avenue.
