Transmitting a bill amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030681) approved December 18, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 24-S by placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way for gas main purposes within the lines of former Morris Street from Thirtieth Street to Thirty-First Street, under certain terms and conditions," by deleting the requirement that the terms and conditions stated therein be complied with within a certain time period.
