Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 100267-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 9-703 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Special Assembly Occupancies,' by imposing various requirements on promoters of events at special assembly occupancies; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
