Resolution authorizing the Director of Commerce, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to file an application and, if the application is accepted, to execute a contract and obtain a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Act of April 12, 1956, P.L. 1449, Section 4, as amended, to prevent and eliminate blight and to support comprehensive economic development programs in the American Street, Hunting Park West, and Port of Philadelphia Enterprise Zones.
