Amending The Philadelphia Code relating to students living in "Educational Housing Districts" by amending section 10-1800 by adding to the definition of "Educational Housing District" the area within the Fifth Councilmanic District bounded on the north by Susquehanna Avenue, extending south to Girard Avenue, and on the east by Ninth Street extending west to Eighteenth Street.
