Initiating action to continue a neighborhood improvement district beyond the termination date in the area bounded generally by the eastern side of Tulip Street, the northern side of Allegheny Avenue, the western side of Amber Street, and the northern side of Venango Street, known as the Port Richmond Industrial Development Enterprise (PRIDE) Neighborhood Improvement District ("District"), and for which PRIDE, Inc., a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, serves as the Neighborhood Improvement District Management Association; approving a preliminary plan for and report concerning the District; and authorizing and directing the Committee on Rules and the Clerk of Council to take all actions that are required by the Community and Economic Improvement Act prior to the reenactment of an ordinance that would formally continue the term of the District.
